Seeing some of the top tier bass artists in the electronic scene team up to release a mind blowing track is something we look forward to all the time here at Headbang Society. Three of our favorite Cajun bass producers, TVBOO, Bawdly and Boogie T, have joined forces to bring forth an absolute heater of a collaboration that we have the pleasure of premiering for you all today. Their newest track, “MaryWana”, is the second single off of TVBOO’s forthcoming album, Blue Collar Bass: By the People, For the People, continuing the immense amount of hype for both the album release and his Blue Collar Bass tour. Combining the unique, southern inspired sounds of all of these artists, this track provides a fun, wobbly soundscape jammed packed with New Orleans influence. With Bawldy and Boogie T on vocals and guitar, and TVBOO ‘s classic wavy basslines, this collaboration is one you do not want to sleep on! Let’s take a deeper dive into why we are calling “MaryWana”, a certified bop.

“I got to work with my two favorite cajuns on this one. We all got together, got drunk af, and wrote this swampy whore of a song. Love how unique these two dudes are and I’m lucky to call them my friends.” – TVBOO

DIVING DEEP W/ TVBOO

  1. Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what’s your game plan to get there currently?

In five years, I’m gonna headline and sell out red rocks. Write it down, tell ya momma, get it tattooed on you, it’s happening. Just gotta keep driving fast and eating ass and I’ll be djing for a big rock. Goals baby.

  1. What’s one cool fact about yourself/or your project that not many fans know about?

TVBOO actually started as a duo in the very beginning. The other guy and I are still best friends but I got real serious about producing music and he was doing it for fun so it was better for me to do it on my own. Not many people know that.
