Tampa native bass producer, HEXED has definitely made that hunt a little easier with the release of his latest high energy EP, PARADOX. This three track compilation features the perfect combination of wonky bass soundscapes with classic hip hop vocal overlay that HEXED is known for. HEXED also teams up with ION to produce to our absolute banger of a premiere, “Lightspeed”, which showcases the perfect fusion of these two artists’ sounds with some crazy rap flow by featured rapper Lil Traffic. All and all, each and every one of these tracks are going to be on our personal repeat list for the foreseeable future, so do not sleep on them! - If there was one thing you could change in the bass scene, what would it be and why?
I love the bass scene. I wish it wasn’t confusing for some people on the outside looking in.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what’s your game plan to get there currently?
I see myself still making music in 5 years. For me to be successful, I will need to make each song better than the last and don’t rush the process.
